TIL That Layered Coffee Drinks Make Themselves
I used to think that making a layered coffee drink takes as much care as pouring a layered cocktail. Got a glass mug the other day and immediately discovered that at least for caffè latte (my morning favorite) the process is pretty simple:
- Pour half a mug of milk
- Microwave it
- Let it hold steady for a minute or two
- Add a shot of espresso
- Take a picture:
Now if only someone could explain how all these pretty visible intermediate layers form??
